
Lets be transparent about cancellations & no- shows
Essentially, life is difficult to always account for and sometimes you are going to have to cancel an upcoming session. In full transparency we would like to outline what this process is going to look like and best ways to cancel a session and/ or rebook if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation timeframe: All cancellations must occur within 24 hours of pre- existing appointment time in order to verify availability of therapist and client alike to mainttain compliance.
Cancellation fees: Clients will never be charged a cancellation fee due to the acceptance of Medicaid insurance.

No- Show Policy
No show policy: If a client engages in continuous no show cancelations without any contact to administrative staff or higher management, the client could be potentially discharged due to lack of compliance with program attendance policy.
