Here at intentional minds we are deliberate when it comes to client engagement and satisfaction. Realistically, are counselors and therapist people just like you? Absolutely! Here at intentional minds, we place an emphasis on gradual change and adapting. More often than not, when individuals make the decision to pursue therapy- typically- we come in with a set of thoughts, habits, expectations, and ideologies that we are comfortable with because it is the way we have lived life for so long. Our therapists, pride ourselves on assisting clients to safely unlearn the unhealthy aspects of thenmselves to relearn more conscientious and mindful practices.
